Family owned and operated

Make room with a plan you can understand.

As a family-owned and operated company, Junk Journey helps homeowners, property teams, and businesses plan removal around the items, the carrying route, and the work the job actually requires.

Who we are

A family business built around the practical details.

Junk Journey is family owned and operated. We keep each job grounded in clear communication, careful planning, and respect for the property we are working in.

A useful removal plan starts before the trailer arrives. Photos show the pile. An item list reveals what is heavy, attached, damaged, or unusual. Access notes help account for stairs, gates, elevators, parking, and long carries.

That information gives everyone a clearer picture of the work: what goes, what stays, and what needs a specialist before removal can begin.

Our approach

Clear scope before loading starts.

On pickup day, the final group of items and the route out should be easy to identify. If the scope changes, that conversation belongs before the work changes with it.

Some jobs need another qualified provider first. Gas, water, power, hardwired connections, hazardous material, structural questions, and regulated waste should be handled through the appropriate route—not folded quietly into an ordinary pickup.

The Junk Journey method

Three details keep a job moving.

No fuzzy promises. Start with the information that changes the work.

01

Show the items

Send a full view, close photos, and rough dimensions for anything oversized.

02

Show the route

Call out stairs, gates, elevators, parking rules, and the distance to truck access.

03

Confirm the scope

Separate what stays and agree on changes before loading or tear-out begins.

Tell us what needs to move.

Send photos, the pickup address, and the access details. Junk Journey will start with the real scope.
